This sculptural blue hairpin felting kit is a fantastic way to learn and experience wet felting, even for a first time felter. There are several steps in the process and you’ll have materials for learning and exploring multiple techniques while you make two handmade felted hairpins. These look so beautiful with a sweeping updo or simple ponytail!
Felting and assembly time to enjoy: around 4 hours (give or take)
Visual enjoyment of your hairpin: a lifetime+
Kit packaged with care and craft includes:
felting wool roving and wool batts
2 black hairpins
2 felting needles (in case you want to add a bit of extra flair…like we do)

This kit is designed for adults and older children who will have hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stay focused and work carefully. (Remember – felting needles are sharp, and they even have bards!) Kit includes 100% Maine wool.🐑 Every product of Lichendia includes wool made from small batches of hand-dyed roving. While we do our best to maintain consistency in each of our product lines, slight variations in color are to be expected.
