Description
This piece is inspired by my friend and world traveler, who is exploring the earth’s oceans across the globe and bringing us along on her adventures through the lens of her camera. For this piece, I was inspired by an image of a lobster at Ocean Point in East Boothbay, Maine. This is where we met, a place that holds precious memories and one that will always be a great source of inspiration. Did you know that a lobster will molt (or shed) their shells about 25 times in the first 5 years of life? Seriously, they will! I love little facts like this, and you can read more about lobsters at visitmaine.net. May this cold water crustacean made of warm wool bring natural beauty to your home.
